Orochimaru(Naruto) and Dilindau(Escaflowne). Those dudes are really fuckin' sick. Piccolo Daimao and Freezer were also pure evil.

If being a pirate means being a villain, cos pirates are bad people and arent very nice

then my favourite villain would have to be Pirate Hunter Zorro (who eventually quits) even tho hes not a villain hes still a pirate so hes bad bad bad, beut hes so cooooollllll i dont know if im right,
then it wud be Gendo Ikari for being such a bastard to shinji

Just realized another possibility for this list:

Amon form Devilman from 'Amon: The Apocalypse of Devilman'

He kills prettymuch indiscriminantly...most memorably in a scene where he messily devours a child that would normally be an ally...as several others watch in horror.
