For me, the #1 most memorable moment in Anime is in Naruto, when Naruto is yelling at Zabuza for referencing Haku as a simple tool. Of course the dub did horrible at getting the sense of emotion that the Japanese one did. I cry every time I watch the Japanese one.

When Goku turns Super Saiyan for the first time is another one for me. Classic episode, that one.

Excel Saga: When Il Palazzo shoots Excel in the chest after she had shown so much dedication to him in the series, and then again when they're standing there pointing the guns at each other. They realize that they can't kill each other.
