Evangelion: Moon on top, Earth on bottom, Sun on the right, Black Moon on the left, and Rei and Shinji in the center. It's just so goddamn beautiful!

Also, the ending of Episode 6 was really sweet. And the part of Episode 15 where Rei blushes... and again in Episode 17... and cries twice in Episode 23... yeah, all of my favorite moments from that series are the ones where Rei shows her emotions.

Well, in that first episode of Pokémon, the scene with the Spearow coming down on Ash and Pikachu. For some reason that's always been my fav part of the series. Just the whole darkness lightning, and the type of sacrifice...

From Evangelion, it would have to be when Shinji is helpless in his entry plug, while his unit 1 is tearing Toji's unit 4 (i think) into pieces. You just gotta feel for him.

As well as the following episode where he decides not to take anymore crap from his father, threatening to level Nerv. Thats the way!

Final one is when Shinji literally has Kaworu's life in his hands, struggling over whether he should end it or not. Oh the delima
