I think there's significance in the number of the HiMEs. There's those that have gathered, and one more...angelx03 wrote:the Searrs army doing a hostile takeover of the academy and the known HiMEs gathering together.
Anyway, I'm watching the Ah! My Goddess TV. In the preview for ep three, there is a hilarious line: "What are the implications of a deity living in a Buddhist temlpe?"

Lain is a favorite of mine too.
Just finished slogging through Wicked City. I guess the little plot twist at the end saved this from being a total loss. Other than that it has few redeeming qualities. Deffinately adult rated, not quite henti but enough to make it unsuitable for most viewers. Another good one to pass up.

Where did you say I'm going?.... And what am I doing in a handbasket?

I watched Peach Girl episode 1. The fansubbing group that did it really, really blows, but the show itself was pretty enjoyable. I will definitely be following this show.
I also watched Yakitate Japan episode 9. I never knew that a show about baking bread could be so damned entertaining. Somehow it keeps being good even though the whole premise behind is so... random seeming.
