Knives and his puppet, Legato
Fuma
Johnny from 8man After
Vincent from CB the movie
Soujiro
Vejita (I don't accept freeza cause he played to much)

That's it...I'm surprised. Oh well, not every anime has cool bad guys

1) vincent from bebop the movie
2) vicious from the series
3) shishio
4) tetsuo
5) bardock
6) cell

i dunno, but i like bad guys that also could be argued as ppl who have conflicting viewpoints, or even good guys. milliardo peacecraft, definitely!

Actually, I found the Japanese version of that line funnier.

Props to the English voice actor though. Heck, props to that whole cast.
