Hmm. A choice high in trickiness. Though considering it, you must have several conditions to help choose.

1: Attractiveness (in a member of the opposite gender)
2: Personality (don't want to be stuck with an irritable person, do you?)
3: Ability to get off the Island, eventually (If there's a Transformer who can turn into a boat, I'd pick him. Or her.)
4: Ability/desire to kill you (something you want less of)
5: Will he/she like you? Otherwise, you're doomed.

Putting them all together, I'd say I'd rather not be on a desert island in the first place.

But maybe if I had to pick, I'd pick Shinji Ikari, because he can do stuff. And I could kill him and use his corpse as a surfboard. Stupid whiny person.

I suppose it would be Moose from Ranma 1/2. He'd half to be in duck-form though so I could eat him. This way I wouldn't starve and I'd have more time to find more food. Sure, he'd provide more food in human form, but I ain't no cannibal or nothin'.
