Well...since it's up here...might as well make use of it:

-Jinnai - El Hazard (Best...evil...laugh...EVER!)
-Professor Saotome - Getter Robo: Armageddon (second best evil laugh)
-Yazan Gable - Zeta Gundam (This guy is evil incarnate....and the scary part is that's his winning trait)
-The Invaders - Getter Robo: Armageddon (picture the alien from John Carpenter's version of 'The Thing' on a grand scale)
-Bern Burnings - Aura Battler Dunbine (Out of all of the imperial forces in Byston Well, he seems to be the most stable in comparison to, say, Drake Luft or Shot Weapon...OK...so Tod Guiness has proven pretty level so far as well *seen up to ep 25*)
-Piker - Lupin III
and
-Korozo 'Iron Mask' Ronah - Gundam F91

Yuto from the X TV series. Dude, he has those cool spears, and still acts NICE (for a pimp-wannabe). Of course, those things can be deadly. :P

Favorite Villain Thread #1,000

But heck, I happen to be a fan of the villains more than the heroes in most cases, so why the heck not?

Since I can't narrow it down to a single villain, I'll just post my top 5

5) Vegeta -- Ok, go ahead and lynch me. As freaking stupid as DBZ got after a while (everything post-Android Saga I blatantly ignore), Vegeta will still have a spot on my top five. What can I say, I'm a sucker for a tragic villain. The guy actually had LAYERS, something I don't think any other villain on DBZ did....

4) Meier Link (Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust) -- Another one of my favorite tragic villains. I'd say exactly why I like him, but I don't want to spoil the movie for anyone. Let's just say he's a villain that I can honestly feel sorry for.

3) Sephiroth -- A tragic villain with STYLE! And yes, he was tragic. Heck, if I'd found out I was a laboratory accident, I'd have a few mental issues, too. Not to mention what he lacks in overall personality (psycho!), he makes up for in absolute badass factor.

2) Nokogiri Arlong (One Piece) -- C'mon, you KNEW I'd break out with it sooner or later. Arlong isn't a tragic villain by any means, but he's definitely one I love to hate. Just for all the crap he did to Nami. Not to mention he put up one of the best fights of the series.

1) Rufus Shinra (Final Fantasy VII) -- Even though he didn't get a lot of playtime, he ranks as my top favorite. If there's anything I love more than a tragic villain, its a misunderstood villain. Rufus wasn't actually as evil as everyone thinks, but he had definite badass factor, a great arrogant air, and he's the only villain I can name offhand who had the cojones to wear WHITE!

Necroposting isn't as rude as it is annoying. All you're doing is bringing back old posts that no really cares about anymore. Haven't you noticed that everyone has been asking you to stop necroposting and all you do is ignore us? Just stop necroposting. If you want to state something, make a new topic.
