Cosplaying

And I figured, if I were to cosplay as something at a Con, It'd be better to go as a generic background character from my own creation, then a lame poorly made costume from an anime series. Since it's a school uniform, it wouldn't even look out of place.

I don't mind cosplay at all, and I've seen some pretty amazing costumes, and replica weapons. BUT if cosplay has one thing going against it, and ONLY 1 thing in the whole world its this..

I know how you feel man, I tried selling a movie script to Ron Howard about a killer robot driving instructer who goes bak in time for some reason...the balding fool was very against it though.

As for replica weapons:

JavaGami, print them out on paper and glue 87 pieces of paper together
Z Corporation, power binder system. Basically dough.
Stratasys Dimension. Plastic parts you can elecroplate.
RapidTool RapidMetal. A CNC-driven metal machining process

Make your own.

And copy your housekeys, print out a few shokugan/gasshapon models, build a lapel pin and a counterfeit shakuhachi while you're at it, too.

I just utalized pictures of Japanese 'AV' girls really, and photoshopped the uniforms to make them what I wanted. Uhh... I used to know the name of the models used... Hrm.

That's seriously cool! I started script writing recently.

I'd rather not talk about that just yet, though. I'm still a VERY raw beginner.
