well theres spike and faye if the show wouldnt have ended the way it did. and vash and not milly but the other chick i forget her name. Alucard and Integra. kenshin and tome i think make a better couple then kenshin and kauru do

How can Rei & Shinji be incest, when Rei's genes are obviously different from Yui's?

Ayanami Rei & Ikari Shinji are easily the greatest couple... or atleast the one I'd like to see most.

I hvnt seen NGE so i cant fight that battle. Id say. the Guy from Ai yori Aioshi and Aoi. they make a good couple, if it werent for that "Overseer" from getting in the way. Im entirely too wasted to think of their names.

Rei's soul is Lilith's soul, they're pretty much the same person... atleast when they are a person. Lilith happened to be a giant white mother of humanity, but even in that form she seemed to prefer her earthly form of Ayanami Rei, with noticably more white and less color, oh and a whole lot bigger.

Cutest couple would have to be Aya and Tooya from Ayashi no Ceres that was a great anime and they are the best couple

Uhh... how so? Care to explain yourself? Rei has Lilith's soul, everyone knows that. It's not like she has two souls.
