Can't believe I mixed up Gren and Julius.

Sorry I haven't seen Cowboy Bebop since it first aired.

Also, I don't see how anyone can mistake anime guys for gals, I mean, no offense, but usually the breasts are the first give away... o_O
Good point about Gren. Probably becuase he lives on a planet of all guys.

However some of the girls are flat chested. Plus the method of drawing the characters is really similar. Though I have never confused genders of anime characters myself.

I read that again so I thought I should clarify it. Gren might need something to look at it.[/quote]

Hmm... odd topic, but hey, I'm game.
Can't say as I've ever thought that guys were interesting, but I can see that some are definately drawn with the 'indeterminate' theory in mind.

I lump shows like Fruits Basket, Wolf's rain, and Cardcaptor Sakura (all fun shows) into this category.
The other category, drawn for the male eye would be shows like Ranma, Strawberry eggs, and probably a whole slew of stuff that I don't watch.

Ranma, is only a shower away from working both sides of the isle it would seem. Hibiki, is a little TOO convincing in her/his act I'd say. He's got a solid career in Kabuki if teaching doesn't work out.

Yeah its funny how in things like Strawberry Eggs or Ranma a slight change suddenly gives them all the right moves and mannerisms.

...and oh yeah, Julius = teh ghey. He works the streets with other drag queens
 OH YEAH!

I knew that. He's the hooker-man on the man-planet! :o ...
Well Cloud clone, just in case you forgot what the name of the man-planet was, it was Callisto, the moon furthest from Jupiter to be colonized on the show. I used to think it was Ganemyde.

I don't think Gren was a fag either. I don't think any woman would do-it with a man with woman body parts anyway LOL!
Maybe a woman would do it w/ a man (with woman body parts) if she was bi....? :?

Yuki from Gravitation is bisexual. Dangit. ;) (Noooobody remembers them, do they!)

Everybody and I mean eeeeverybody in Yami no Matsuei is ambiguously gay, apart from Muraki, who will apparently molest anything that moves. Oh, and the Chief. O_o I guess.

Errr...let's see, Jury from Utena is, amazingly, the only canonically gay character in that series, although one could make a case for Mikage as well (his other personality is hetero, that's gotta suck). It is a world fulla people who really don't care much about which parts you've got, in that series.

Somebody already mentioned Kaorin... everybody in Fake is bi or straight, despite being a shounen-ai series... and... that's all I know offhand.

As for finding guys hot, well, I'm female and I swing that way, so no big surprise there. :P

I'm still certain Kurama's a girl. And she's the hottest girl ever, IMO.

He is generally soft-spoken, almost eerily calm, even in the face of great adversity. But this calm exterior belies Kurama's incredible strength. He is a powerful, ruthless warrior, with wisdom and experience. As such, he is a formidable opponent to all he battles. Image
