Kite was the most disappointing anime for me -- I was expecting another masterpiece like "Presence" from Robot Carnival - not the bloodfest/x-rated show that it was.. very disturbing..

Nobody mentioned "Samurai Shodown"? Well, if nobody had seen it then good!

Based on the SNK video game, and I had seen Fatal Fury before it, I had high expectations SS Anime would be at least serious + violence. But what did I get...

short story, very short story, boring plot, horrible artwork & animation, they made Haohmaru a stupid funny guy, Amakusa a woman.. all even worse than Art of Fighting.

I disliked Record of Lodoss War. I only saw the first four episodes, but it was sooo boring I could hardly sit through it!

There are only two big problems with Candidate for Goddess. First is the fact it cut off in the middle of the fight for top candidate. The other was the edits that showed on TV (the script for the dub didn't help). There are lots of little things that you'd miss that make the show come togather if you didn't listen to EVERY second of dialogue.

I had to watch the DVD's three times to pick up on that.
