What is the best manga EVER?!

Totally forgot to mention 3x3 Eyes. Great story with nice action sequences, very bloody and even funny once in a while.

Well the best manga I have ever read up to right now would be Berserk. It's action packed, comical at times, romantic and character driven. The story line from page 001 of the first chapter to the most current chapter is all connected and flows smoothly. The art is intenst and stands out. The action scenes are vivid and well planned out.

I have been into anime and manga for over a decade now and I can honestly say that Berserk is my favorite.
