Is DBZ getting old to you?

I don't think it is getting old. I like watching it now and then. I get alot of ideas for my pictures just watching DBZ

I think it always has a special role as a shameless action anime. Because sometimes you just need to see something blown up and beat down.

But after a while you do crave more in story, I think.

Especially with GT. I think they sort of recycled Dragonball to get GT. Plus they tossed out too many characters from the main action. Toriyama didn't direct it anyway.

Martial arts, powers, explosions, and hair that even makes Flock of Seagulls go 'damn' will always have a degree of appeal.

DBZ is has the same basic plot every time. There is always a new enemy that either hates saiyans, Goku or wants to destroy or rule the world. And then there is always the "omfg there's another level to a super saiyan!" Dun Dun Dun! And they always like stare at each other for a good ten minutes before fighting and they power up for 5 more minutes. And when GT came along that just made everything worse and more screwed up.

I love dbz i always have and it will always remain to be number 1 to me.
But people making topics like this one is what gets old and quite annoying.

While most everyone in the world says the Cell Saga was the best I think Buu was so much better beccause Buu Saga had much more.You had the fusion,Majin Vegeta,Gotenks,SSj3,Vegeto,Mystic Gohan,and so much more.Also the people who complain about the long powerup scenes it called getting the manga if you want them to be shorter.

Of course though there are those people who love dbz so much they actually made a dbaf manga.
