We don't know what Haru said to her- it's whispered in her ear. That's why it's a surprise to the viewers as well when she calls him Yuki-kun. Thus, we don't know that Haru said it would transform him, and furthermore, why would Haru want him to transform, especially if he's weak and it's an inconvenience to do anyway?

Furthermore, we know that

Shigure slept with Ren (Akito's mother), who is not part of the zodiac, and did NOT transform then- and my guess is that probably made him just a tad "excited".

Well i like what was said that they only transform when their torsos touch, that makes sense, but Haru would do that to Yuki because... well... thats just how Haru is lol. Anyways I have another wonder that Sakari actually told me
(I wasnt sure if this was a spoiler to some or not)

How come in the manga, during a pivital (sp?) moment in the book, Kyo goes to hug Tohru to show how much he cares for her, and he hugs her while she is putting up the laundry.... from BEHIND the sheet she is putting up (so now they are hugging with a sheet in between themselves) Kyo had his shirt off, and they did NOT transform, Why couldnt clothes have the same effect??

Well I just watched that episode again and not once did I consider Misato to be the one. She was detained in the anime series as well. I don't really know how you see her being able to do it when she was detained.

However, the thought of Gendo doing the deed is quite a revelation to me. Bobbarker's explanation definitely points to him strongly.

When was this? I don't remember Kyo actually hugging Tohru while she's doing laundry, but I'd like to see where it is if you remember. As far as I remember, even when Kyo is close to her at those times, he still keeps space between their bodies.

I don't know, it looks like there might still be enough space between their torsos and such. It's hard to tell without the context of a few pages (before or after).
