How many people at your school/job like anime?

I know of one that watch Anime, besides me, and as far as I know, he only watch Naruto and Death Note /sigh

That's how kids in my high school were, plus they would run around with ears and tails in school. Maybe that's why people were surprised when I told them I was into anime, since I'm (very) far from the rabid fangirl type.

People at my school used to have naruto head bands but then they were told it was gang related so they weren't allowed to have them anymore in school.

(un)fortunately, anime was still kindof an unknown thing/not too mainstream when I was in HS, so such behavior was pretty out there. Although it was a weird experience when the internet became suddenly popular...furries came out of the woodwork at our school for some reason :/ And this is exremely odd since I grew up in the country and it's really redneck around here...so you had country hicks (guys nicknamed stuff like ColdBeer and JDog) hating towards the 3 furries who were loud and proud (wore tails here and there, would yell "yiff yiff" when outside)

I just watched stuff like NGE and Kare Kano and kept my damn mouth shut

(and yes Reigna, we need way more anime-liking-amv-making-girls like you :O)
