HINT: The one who's dressed as a "Mo-Ga" (which, for the time period it's set in, COULD be considered popular fashion) is a GUY. Even if the person(s) doing the voice (original Japanese or English dub) is a woman.

A: Nakahito from Steel Angel Kurumi says "Why did I have to dress up like a Mouga?" It's in episode 4 or 5, when he and Kurumi go somewhere in disguise. (Btw, Kurumi dresses up as a guy at the same time)
