Rei is not albino. She has pale skin, red eyes, and blue hair as a result of Lillith's DNA. Kaoru has pale skin, too, but his eye and hair color are different than Rei's because he has Adam's DNA.

So,if Rei contains the DNA of Lillith,and Kaoro(17th Angel) contains Adam's,if they got together wouldn't that initiate Third Impact?(Even though he was gay).

No, the two couldn't initiate Third Impact. Koaru only has a fraction of the DNA of Adam and Rei only have a fraction of the DNA of Lillith. Plus, they are just simply not Adam and Lillith.

As for Koaru, I think he was just playing Shinji like a pawn to reach his goal. I doubt he was really gay.

Actually, it is sugested that rei suffers from Albenism, a comon trait of those suffering from Albenism is red iris and pale skin pigment, it is quite often scene in her room the glass of water with pills next to it..................... meh, it hardly matters either way, as long as she hawt, wear skin tight pvc suit then i dont mind...........i really do have to see the shrink........

Yeah I'm pretty sure Koaru wasn't gay, just very sincere. The affection he was showing Shinji was also the affection he had for the human race. In showing compassion for Shinji he showed that he was trying to empathise with human kind - which in the end...he did by making the ultimate sacrifice.

As further evidence, people have actually asked Hideaki Anno outright if Kaworu was gay, and he expressed surprise that anyone thought that.
