I believe it's Onegai Teacher. I've seen the first four episodes, and it's VERY good. Don't let some of the fanservice fool you; it has pretty good drama.

Lupin would be a cool guy to hang out with. My choice probably shouldn't even count sicne it's a video game not an anime, but after thinking about it for a while (because I have that kind of free time) I'm thiking I'd like to spend all day hanging out on Arni Beach in Chrono Cross while occasionally stopping by to see Serge or go questing with the Radical Dreamers to steal the Dragons Tear.
