And my vote also goes to Inu-Yasha. I mean, c'mon...he gets stabbed through the stomach HOW many times and still keeps fighting?!

Then again, put him next to Kikyo or Kagome and he ain't so tough.

Giving my vote to Blood Riot Iori (King of Fighters). He's tough enough in his normal form, but he's a mind less psycho when he's experiencing the blood riot (think Inu Yasha when he goes berserk).

Guts. He isn't a villian, but if you see him running at you with his huge fricking sword, geeze. I mean, in that one battle he stood their alone on a hill and even though he was just one guy on a horse, the approaching army was scared! He's a terrifyingly magnificent beast.

As I was looking through my collection I saw one character who quite possibly beats almost all of them. Zeiram, from Iria: Zeiram the animation. I mean, he survives that GIGANTIC explosion from the ship self-destructing in the first episode (it's like the size of a nuke), and then survives being hurled through space and through a planet's atmosphere at a way high speed. Plus he can absorb weapons (and people) into himself. And on top of all this, he has that completely sweet hat.
