I would choose human b/f because well you can't live in fantasy. You have to come back to reality sometimes and besides real is better than fake.

I believe J-0080 is referring to "fantasy" as in a sexual meaning. Then again, if you wanted to live in a vampire fantasy world, there are plenty of nutjobs who take the time, money, surgery, and blood to live like that.
