DBZ Live Action movie: looks worse than a DBZ LP AMV

I'm not asking you to NOT post rumors. I'm asking you to please stop stating rumors as if they were true (by true, I mean confirmed by...oh..I dunno...FOX).

As for that movie poster, it's about as official as those Dragon Ball AF pics. I remember seeing it over a year ago, sans the Fox logo.

And about the casting (let's think logically for a second):

There hasn't been many movies that cast a crapload of big names into them. Besides, IF they spent all that money on actors the special effects would look like CRAP (super saiyan hair like in that GBA DBZ: LOG commercial..hehe). They didn't flood Spiderman, Xmen (sure these actors are popular now, but they weren't household names when they were cast...except for maybe Patrick Stewart and Halle Berry), or any other fantasy movie with that many big actors, so I doubt they'd do it for Dragon Ball, something that while very popular now, has no where near the widespread recognition (over all ages in the US) of those series.

in no way was i stating that these were 100% official... but i knew the kid for a long time, and really wouldn't think of him to be lying... although that's the reason i say they are not 100% official.. since Fox is doing the movie, i figure'd he would know, but i agree on the fact that there are a lot of characters to this that are exremely well known... which makes me wonder why no newgroup, or anything like that, would talk about it... so i see where you are comming from..

Well, who all do we actually know that knows about it fully. I know there are a lot of people who know that there is a DBZ live action movie comming out, but most people don't know anything other then that... if they do it's from the internet... i tried not to get a source that got info from the web... and since i knew the kid for a while, i figured i could trust him and his sources...

Well, the poster could in fact be fake, but he was the 1st person who i saw had them, then all of a sudden, the poster started to travel across the internet like wildfire.. i guess anyone could make it, but then again, anyone could make the poster for The Hulk, or even The Matrix if they wanted to...

This one actually does make me think... if they do, then the speical effects would probably be crappy... probably a reason for *ridding* of Hugh Jackman... i don't know too much about Sam Wheeler, but to have Jessica Alba and Orlando Bloom would be a lot of money there... I am not sure on how much they have to spend on this movie.... i'll ask, but can't say for sure...

I do understand what you mean, but all the info that you'll ever hear about, came from that one site, which spread to other sites, ezboards, the infogrames community, and other places....
i don't want anyone to think that this is 100% official, but is the closest i think that there will ever be.... we'll just have to see when it actually does come out...

lol.. like those pictures that were spread around of goku having sex w/ chi chi as a super saiyan.... My avatar reminds me of the time in Dragon Ball when he fought Chi Chi, after she asked him what to do.. i think you know what i'm talking about... when they were sitting by the tree....

In my opinion goku may have chi chi... but I think vegeta's the pimp of DBZ.... Krillen is waay to desperate (comeon! having to use the DB's to make 18 a human???)... Yamcha is more of a flirt... Goku just had a girl before he could even think of what one was.... Roshi is perverted like Oolong... hmm i think that's it....
