Cmon, even I have a life outside anime. Especially with sword collecting and practice. Until the weather clears though, I cant practice outside. I aslo have a job to attend to, school of coarse, friends, it gets preety hectic.
Writting fan fics comes out of boredum, but I'm still respectful to the reader. I dont believe that any sort of serios fan fic deserves erotic actions. I mean, even in gundam wing, the movie endless waltz. It is extreemly clear that hilde tells duo shes pregnate, but you never see them actually doing it. at least thats my view of the topic.

And in reply, I'd like to point out that most fanfics (if not all) with erotic actions come carefully labeled with warnings.

and as for the point with hilde and duo, its more of an appearance thing since theres music in the backround and it blocks out what she says, but duos reaction says it all.
They only show the scene in the endless waltz special edition or ova edition. The eppisode versions shorter, uses different music, and in my opinion, cuts out a lot of important scenes like dorathys speech to the people and a bunch of battle scenes.

A little off-topic, but if this is true, then it's absolute proof that the creator lied when he said the only intended pairings in the anime were Treize/Une and Zechs/Noin. ^_^I Crimson Blade I wrote:and as for the point with hilde and duo, its more of an appearance thing since theres music in the backround and it blocks out what she says, but duos reaction says it all.
I did wonder about that scene, but this is the first time I've heard that suggestion as a way to interpret it. It's a good one, and I could really see Duo reacting *just* like that if she said such a thing. ;p
But it's not official since the creator continues to deny that he intended any romance between pilots, Relena, Catherine, or Hilde (or Dorothy and Relena - though I have no idea what person came up with that idea... o.O ).
It's funny that you saw it that way, though - it reminds me of the last scene in Psychic Force - that 'muted' final message Keith gives. If he were speaking english it would definitely match the shape of the words "I love you" yet the creator says he didn't have any romance in mind. Of course, I doubt him since the extras on that dvd showed quite a fan response of laughter when he made the claim. ^.^

I think I just itemized how much of losers fanfic writers really are. (the ones that I have encountered, at any rate...)

Just because your a fanfic writer doesn't mean you're a social reject. I write fanfiction, but I put a number of things first. Like life, school, etc. People who are like those you mentioned, Nestorath69, have serious issues. Don't group all fanfic writers with those people. It's pretty insulting.
As far as the whole discussion on yaoi & yuri...it doesn't bother me. I don't mind same sex couples, but I don't read or write about it. Any form of hentai stories (whether yaoi, yuri or between a guy and girl) bother me.

There's a fine line between fics that are just plain pornographic and fics that happen to contain sex. The difference is that the latter have a PLOT outside the bedroom...or wherever the act happens to be occuring at the time. Yaoi/yuri sex isn't such a big deal for me, as long as it has a plot.
