Yeah final fantasy tactics is one of my favorites. I love jobs systems. That is why Final Fantasy X 2 is ok since they brought back jobs

yes, jobs rock. I wish some of the names for the one's in X-2 didn't get changed (like gambler to lady luck, Paines ultimate sphere was entitled something like Lord High Executioner or something like that in the japanese version). It's nothing big, but I'm slightly annoyed by it.

Have been unable to get a reliable enough version of Tatics to play enough to comment on it.

and

FFVI didn't have a Job System, that was FFV. FFVI was the first to take the individuality of characters and really run with it

whoops my bad. then its VI i havent played and not V.

Tactics was definitely good, but it isn't my favorite. My only real problems with it were that I wished I could have gotten Cloud earlier on in the game, instead of waiting until almost the end, and the art made all the characters look like s

finaly! a topic i know something about,
my fav final fantasy would have to be 8 because i like love storys (to the amusment of my friends).

i have seen final fanasty unlimited and i was wondering do most the people that see it think that its bad because its not to the standerds of the games or is it just a bad anime, i think that it isnt all that bad just the storys a bit longwinded

my least faverit final fantasy would have to be spirts within because to me it had nothing to do with final fanatasy besides the name of it, it seemed like any other action movie.
i am currntly playing FFX and i am appoiled at the voice acting ~spoiler~the laughing sene was so bad i had to cover my ears!~/spoiler~

Well, I have to say it, but Cloud sucked hard in tactics. He wouldn't have been so bad if his movement rate didn't blow. But I still ended up using him in every battle just because he was Cloud. And I didn't think the character art was too bad, but it definately could have been improved (if you want bad character art, check out Vandal Hearts 2. I don't think I've ever seen art work as bad as that. I mean, there are NES games that have art in them that blows it away).

Same here on the Cloud thing. I didn't think the artwork was bad, I just didn't like that the main character looked like a female when he wasn't...

this was probably answered, but from what i heard that FF7: Advent Children trailer, it's just for a 45 minuite movie. it's not going to be a full feature like Spirits Within was. it's supposed to be a bonus dvd included with a new FF game ... what i heard was that it was supposed to be included with a "remastered" version of FF7.

now what i heard could have just been another dumb rumor, or it could have been the truth, just take it with a grain of salt and think of it as a possibility.

However, if they made a FF& movie i have no idea why they wouldn't make it into a full feature. There's enough rabid ff7 fans out there (like me) who'd probably go nuts over it. If it's a full feature it'll probably make a killing, and if it's a good movie it'll do even better.

is it just me or do all the new final fantasy main guy characters look like they have hat hair?
i saw the preview for final fantasy XII and one of the characters showen has hat hair as well!
