Whats better, Coke or pepsi? Whats better, Mac or PC? Whats better, Nintendo or Sony (Sega work for nintendo now, the sellouts)?

They're all fucking stupid arguments. RahXephon is a great series. It made me laugh, it, made me cry, it made me stop and go WTF?? Ditto for Evangelion. Its a great show, they both are. Now all you whinging asuka fanbois shut the hell up, ditto for you mishima haruka fans. Both series are great, neither of them is a whopping failure compared to the other, and no resolution is ever going to be made between the 2 extremes by arguing the point like a couple of schoolkids arguing over which teenage mutant ninja turtle is the coolest.

RahXephon did have an advantage of much better looking animation, but thats been taken care of with the Eva Renewal/Platinum Series. Personally i love both series.

Now just shut up about which show is better already. I think this thread deserves lockage.

Are you calling me an idiot? Based on a pointless subjective comparison? You might as well pit every anime against every other anime for all the good its going to do you. You talk smart, but you show less cognitive power than a rock. How long do you think its going to take to find out which series is actually "better"? About the same amount of time it will take to find out if a red car is better than a blue one. It will never happen, seeing as its based on a personal opinion.

I'm not an idiot, but I dont think that RahXephon is wet catshit compared to Evangelion. What you're saying up there is "I'm an idiot who thinks that everyone who likes RahXephon is an idiot, but i dont realise how pretentious that statement is because i have the IQ of a grapefruit."

even with the renewal/platinum edition of eva, the quality of RahXephon's animation looks superior to me

...unless you compare it to EoE which is like the ultimate in Animation, EoE'd be the symbol for anime if it just had some perverted comedy in it

meh, i like the grapics of evangelion more. i mean, theys days everything is shaded, has complex use of gradients, and just looks like their was alot more work doen onto the animation/graphics. but, i just like that old style more, where the colours we're simpler. mabey its just me, but, anime just looks beter that way
