OVA is definately the best, but they all have their good points. I can't say a whole lot about OVA3; it doesn't seem to be going anywhere (at least, not in the direction I thought it would) and I really don't thnk it's going to be that long a series (with the way the cover art is going, they'll be running out of characters soon :S ). Washu is my ultimate, most favored anime character ever. I just can't say enough about her, yet she's so unexplainable! I simply love her to bits
I also really like Yuzuha, whom I'm hoping to cosplay sometime at Otakon 
Tenchi pairing: I would really prefer there either not be one, or it be one of the lesser characters. I also hope they don't pull a typical anime ending and kill everyone off in some giant battle
(although it does solve the romance issue) I honestly think Tenchi (OVA Tenchi, that is) could handle being Ayeka's bride and going to Jurai, but I don't think he'd like it. I also think that if he chose Ryoko and, assuming most of the rest of the characters leave (save Washu - where would she go, the Academy?) , she would soon get bored of the simple life. We know she's not a thieving criminal anymore, but she does love adventure...so anyway, that's why I think of a lesser character as being better for him (^.^)Aaaaand I'm finished
