The Strangest anime you have ever watched

That Utena movie (who's title I can't remember) and Dragon Half.

Those were extremely wierd and let me sitting at the TV very confused. And yes, Paranoia Agent was odd, but there actually was a plot and a point to the madness. The other two, if there was a point then I completely missed it.
