Heh, perhaps it deserves some digital painting treatment along with a custom background then. Superb work, the wings are really incredibly well-done (I find that drawing wings is a big problem area even for some very good artists)

yes, the wings were a huge pain in the butt. its a lot of pencil work and a single smear could set you back a couple of hours. its volatile art, this.

digital treatment? i would if i had the ability. you guys are welcome to tinker with it.

Might I suggest a Wacom digitizing tablet, and Adobe Photoshop?

Well, no one really needs that. I still love to ink the old fashioned way. It is just good to be versatile (both digital and not).

I would love to see, and have yet to see any of:
Anime art with strong a charcoal expression (a trifle bit more difficult).
Watercolor... (Has potenial to be uber-beautiful)

Not really a request, just if someone in the rare event has such anime pieces with those media, to post it at their leisure.

T.T photobucket made meh image smaller but oh well here it is!

it took about an hour and a half.. had to do it in pencil then colour it in, in pen...
