You've used the 9 years old excuse a million times, LEARN! You're old enough taht if you know somethings wrong you shoudl work to change it, not rely on it as a crutch for stupid decisions.

If you're nine you are expected to act at least nine, not four.

Anyway: My guess for the pic is Haruhi Zushi (It's something like that in the title, sorry if I butchered it).

Another hint: In the first cap where it shows the girl on the steps, there is a crazy ass sex scene right there with her and this guy.. and some ugly teacher spies on them. All the sex scenes in this series seems to go on in this school between teachers and students though I watched this raw so I have no idea what the hell they are ever saying.
