It's been 24 hours and nobody has gotten it...I don't have another quote, so this thread is OPEN.

The answer is Bleach...the line was from Kon in his stuffed cat form...he was talking to a real cat who was staring at him.
I happened to be watching Bleach when I guessed CliffD's quote, so I just picked the first amusing quote that came up...guess it was too random/obscure
