fushugi yugi was a weak ass love story, they fell in love in like one day for no reason in particular, I guess thats how most love stories start out.... but the irritating things like when that old lady says they cant fuck eachother, so Miaka stops talking to Tamahome and he gets depressed... well why didnt she just tell him that they couldnt fuck? instead of ignoring him? and then later on he does like the same thing to her for some dumb reason.. Ok, most irritating thing about the series: Flashbacks every minute of an event that happened in the same episode... in the same day... not that long ago... but because the audience is so stupid they goto to 1.flashbacks 2. Explain everything for you

They were in the atmosphere of the planet still, and I dont remember Vegita saying gokus dad was a scientist, and the tail thing, well, I dont know!!!

Karekano was a high school romance with angst and tender moments. All in all, it made you feel warm and fuzzy.

Fushigi Yuugi was a romance in a fantasy world with lots of deep plot twists and bloodshed and darkness about it.

If you wanna look at things your way, then I guess FY and KareKano are the same as Fruits Basket, Sailor Moon, Love Hina, Tenchi, To Heart, or anything with romance in it AT ALL!

And what the FUCK were you thinking talking about Fushigi Yuugi like that? I mean, talk about taking one of the deepest anime EVER and saying it's worse then one of the most blatantly SHALLOW ones ever.

You said Fushugi was one of the deepest animes ever, I assumed that by deep you were referring to the weak love story, Karekano was my example of a deeper love story

This thread has been dying for me to say this...

RAP and DBZ are REPETATIVE and POINTLESS!

Fight after fight, too much screaming, not enough story telling, the main characters ego's are too large, they deserve to be slapped, They can't lose no matter what...

It's all repetative, plotless, senseless fighting... I watched 3 eps and hated it! One of my friends tried getting me hooked on it, but thank God I didn't! Everytime I see a DBZ vid to a high-action-ish type song, I know it's like the rest of them out there: chances are it's gonna suck! I looked for some new vids to download, I saw 5 new DBZ vids, 3 of which were LBZ!

Again I say: RAP and DBZ are REPETATIVE and POINTLESS!!!

This thread just screamed "FLAME ME, FLAME ME NOW!!!" So, it did get flamed and so forth...

How about the inconcistancys? Vegita says Goku's dad is a scientist, then he's suddenly a low level warrior in the flick? And when Vegita speaks of Freeza killin' all his peeps, how come they were floating in space, but frieza says when Namek goes pop, that Goku will sufficate. And why did Goten NOT have a tail? And if Goku's tail could be removed, how come it didn't grow back like Gohan's did? And don't forget Uulong wishing for ultimate womens' panties (not underwear, but women's used panties).

yeah, i'm not gonna even try to argue that there are no inconsistancies, because there obviously are, the goku's dad being a scientist thing is not a big deal to me, i think he said it to say that goku's dad was smart, because i think i remember that bardock was the one that created the fake moon to be able to transform to oozaru that vegeta uses
the tail thing..u got me, i don't even think toriyama could explain that one, it could be a thing to do with heritage, since halflings are stronger, their tails grow bak
and i don't see where ur going with oolong's wish about the panties, how is that an inconsistancy (is that db, cause if it is then u'll have to explain it since i haven't seen it all)

lol, no, i agree that there are a lot of dbz lovers/haters, it's almost a black and white subject, either u hate it or u like it (there are the boarderline ppl though that just accept it as an anime but don't feel strongly either way)
but it's okay to be a dbz hater, 1 is not too much, it is not enough
