If you wanted to create an anime....what would it be about?

Well, I recently started writing a story but I guess I can make this an anime also. I'm on chapter one right now, but basically, its a mash up of everything I have ever known in anime and hope I can mix the ingredients properly to have something renown enough to be an original piece of work.

Title: Looking For Lost Time

Brief: World is being taken over by a cult that claims to have all the answers to racism, hate, war, etc. The cult is called Order of Longinus(drew the idea from the EoE when the Eva series just dismembered Asuka and her Eva) Vampires exist in my anime/novel and they don't care what happens to the world. Their numbers are few and far between because more numbers mean less people to feed from. However, a vampire cannot drink the blood from members of the Order because they aren't human. A prophet tells the main vampire Ezra that she needs to mingle her blood with a hybrid(child born from a human and an Order member) to be able to feed off of members of the Order and have blood to feed from. Ezra will have to change her approach of standing alone to overthrow the order and give humans back their world because human blood is much more sought after and nourishing than blood of Order members. Final stand off will be between Ezra's vampires and members of the Order of Longinus.

Didn't think of names yet, hope the synopsis isn't convoluting, I would like some feedback for it.

i made it up in like the last 3 seconds:

AeroSpace Warriors!!!

its about a secretised colony of wing laden humans which are protected by earths goverment and are commonly mistaken for u.f.os there are 2 races of them the strato and the tundra colonies. which whenever war breaks out the sky is filled with lightning and the thunder alarm rings throughout the sky. Caught in the middle of this in a romeo and juliet type storyline is Firenze and Dearo, 2 lovers who can see no reason why they should fight but are caught up in it still while Dearo puersuades to her father king of the tundras to stop this fighting Firenze fight s to see her again one day.

Damn that was the f*cking fastest one yet !
