They usually don't bother me.
For stuff like Excel Saga, I prefer dubs, that girl talks so fast I can barely read and watch at the same time.

For stuff like Inuyasha, a sub is better, but I can't complain except if I buy the dvd.

I've been getting mixed reactions whether the dub voice of Excel is very good or very bad. This is something I have to hear for myself since the Japanese VA for her is really fast.

In the earlier volumes I preferred Jessica Calvello's dubbing as excel, but I heard she lost her voice along the way and had to be replaced. So from then on I started watching the subs of excel saga.
