And here are some of my favorite couples -

Rei & Shinji /Evangelion(maybe the best, because it has Rei)
Miyazawa and Arima-kun (clearly the best, technically speaking, since neither one of them is crazy.. well...)
Sakura and Tonami-kun (that kiss on the tree was touching

)
Miyazawa and Maho-san (I wouldn't have thought... but it works too well, thanks to Tsuda)
Kirika and Mireiyu /Noir (face it, it could work!)

Either way, you can't blame people for liking what they like. If they enjoy spending ALL of their time on Inu Yasha and not on other shows, then they should do that and not worry about other things until they've gotten all the fun they can out of Inu Yasha.

True, and I'm not really blaming them. I was just saying that there are alot of newer fans of anime today who post on the forums, and they usually like the newer more obtainable shows like Inu-Yasha, Yu-Gi-Oh, Naruto, and One Piece. They aren't really bothering with the older classic show yet, so thats why there aren't many post about shows like Ranma yet.

Rereading my other earlier post, I guess I did come off pretty rude, I by no means tried to be, so I'm sorry about that. I guess I shouild've stated that differently.

I haven't seen every anime so I can't really choose who my fave couple is but... for the one's I have seen I have to say Inuyasha and Kagome I love their love-hate relationship it's so adorable

I didn't think that Shinji and Asuka were a couple, because I think that couples treat each other nicely. You know, as opposed to the whole deal with Asuka calling him an idiot and asking him if he was stupid, and the whole deal with the strangling thing.

Tough love maybe?

they're not an official couple, but people tend to think that they look nice together (I prefer Rei and Shinji actually). Besides, not every relationship is lollipops and roses. Take a look at Ranma and Akane, or Keitaro and Naru, they constantly fight but still love each other, even though it may not always be apparent .
