......wait, that's more or less teh reason why I'm drawn to anime but I watch it cause I like the art style and all teh "hints."

I watch it because no live action could ever accomplish some of these stories

Imagine Evangelion or Gundam in live action, even Star Wars looks fake at times no matter how good the computer animation is

I watch anime because it gives me a break from my hectic lifestyle. It helps me relieve some stress, and gives me a good way to spend my money.

Yeah, generally with anime, you get hooked into the world to an extent where you forget the hassels and worries of your life...even if only for a little while.

Final Fantasy is just entertainment, yet I belong to a Final fantasy forum.

Less than half of my posts are directly about anime anyway.
