What anime did you ever see first?

Dominion Tank Police (was watching the annual Anime film marathon on Sci Fi back when I was 11 or 12, I think). Didn't even have a clue what the story was with anime (still don't). I just watch it now as I did back then, as just another thing on tv.

One night, after seeing the commercials for it, I was thinking about watching Tenchi Muyo. Well that's what I did only I happened to catch Gundam Wing first, before Tenchi came on. But those two were the first Anime's I had seen. I can still remember how hard I laughed when I watched Tenchi Muyo since it was the episode 'Hello Baby".

Many years ago before I had ever heard the word anime- my favorite shows were speed racer, thundercats, Voltron, Transformers, Go-bots,..............all the classics from, what 10-20 years ago? (

am I really that old ?)
