the only anime i have cried in, well not cried but i got teary eyed..., was naruto when haku died...it was so sad!! the way they built up the mood and then that music...sadness and sorrow...*tear in eye
i though i would neva cry watchin anime cause i was too *manly*

lol but not anymore! i'm a daym cry baby

That's what I was going to say, I'd never cried before while watching something, but I seriously did for 30 minutes after those episode 7... I think #7.. even a little after #11

I have this odd emotional repression system where I don't show emotions that much in normal life, instead choosing to let them out while watching anime. As a result, I've cried over many shows, despite being a guy. To list a few, we have:

Bleach Episode 3
Sailor Moon end of Season 1, middle of S (the whole Uranus/Neptune thing), and in Super S in the ep where Chibiusa becomes an adult
Love Hina 20,24
The endings of Ceres, Chrno Crusade, and Scrapped Princess (various other points in those shows, too)
Numerous eps of Fushigi Yuugi (including 16,26,27,52)
Video Girl Ai
Fruits Basket episode 8

The current record-holder is probably Angelic Layer episode 25; with that one, the ol' waterworks were on for a good majority of the episode.

I cried during the last several eps of Wolf's Rain, during Grave of the Fireflies, and I feel like a total dork for admitting this, but I cried like a huge sissy during a scene in the second Inuyasha movie
