Love Hina isn't really that original.. but I like it anyway.. As for RahXephon.. I think of it as an alternate Eva, but I still like it nonetheless.

I LIKE IT ALL!!!!! but my favorites would have to be Rurouni Kenshin, Fruits Basket, Love Hina, lnu-Yasha, Fushigi Yuugi, FLCL, Kodomo no Omocha, Pita Ten, Onegai Teacher, Yu Yu Hakusho, and Chobits.
