Yep. As some people have suggested, maybe to match Ferio's green hair and yellow eyes.

well since the it's almost been 24hrs. i'll ask another one. but i'll take the first question's answer as well. I'll reword the first question as well.

1) Besides naming his alter Zetsuei what else did Ryuhou name the same thing?

2) In Vandread the Second Stage: what is the name of the little girl that made the doll of Bart?

For the Vandread question, the girl's name is Shirley.
