the colored version could of used a background. The white just kinda makes everything else a bit too bright.

Hmm, lets take a look at what I said when I posted the pics:

ill complete it later, but for now, any suggestions? Color changes? What background I shoul put? A window? table? etc...I really dont know what will fit.

i love spiderman. those are all sweet pictures of spiderman villains, though venom still remains the most awesome of spidey adversaries. nice work.

gah, posted reply before i revised it. that venom is pretty good, but he has some flaws in him. one of the eyes is a bit bigger than the other and some of the muscles arent placed correctly (ie. the pectorals, right arm). if it werent already coloured, id say go back and fix your mistakes. just learn from this one and apply the lessons to your next pictures.

the following 2 are fanart from legal drug

sigh people say the last one looks like hes got boobs..and the middle one i did in the dark so there are alot of smudges....stupid eraser....besides that watcha think?

its pretty good, but i can offer some tips. try to press lighter on the paper so you dont smudge as much. if you need to, you can always press harder later to darken the lines or just use an ink pen or computer.

oh, and i think you have the same habit as i do. i tend to feather my lines a lot since its a lot easier that way. however, my painting teacher yells at me all the time to take it easy with the pencil strokes. ive been trying to use less strokes per picture. it really helps keep the sketch neat and organized. give it a try.

end of college apps means i have a lot more time. heres something ive been working on.

oooh nice ...ur right i do press too hard hehe plus it also gets smudgy because im a lefty and my hand drags on the paper when i DRAW AGHH yea i really shouldnt keep with the sketchyness...its easier to smudge with my left had when i do...whenever im done my left pinky is black from the pencil.....ireally should change how i draw...thankies for the tips! what r u planning to do for college LEIfey?
