I know. That IS the quote.
That's a quote? oo

Nope. All three exclamations were said by one character. The Abenobashi scene is a reference to this one, IIRC, which is itself a parody of older sentai shows.

Nope. The show in question is five years older than Shinesman.

To clarify my last comment, the Abenobashi scene, if I'm remembering it correctly, is a reference to the scene that the second quote is from in the show in question. The scene in the show in question is the parody of sentai. The show itself isn't a sentai show.

The two quotes are only six lines apart, but are separated by a horizontal wipe across a shift in time.

That's it!

I honestly thought the first quote was a dead giveaway, especially after it was confused for a trivia question. What other show would have such an Otaku reference?

Take it, Cliff!

WHEW!! Lucked out on that one (actually, the SF Magazine was what got me to wonder if that was OnV).

Okay, let's try this one:

"Even when I was in a crowd, I was always alone." That isn't mine. It was Ernest Hemingway.

I know I've heard that but not recently. Semi-random guess: Noir?

As a matter of fact, YOU'RE RIGHT!! Mireille quoted Hemingway near the end of the first episode (currently watching that again).

Your thread, Osaka!
