Wow someone with some reason speaking. I wholeheartedly agree. Hopefully, I haven't come across that way. I like discussing things and hence post my opinions as well as (polite) rebuttals. If I haven't...sorryI've often thought that way about forums where people are like, "You're a F(edit) moron for thinking that!" "Yeah, well you're just a jack a(edit) for thinking I'M wrong." Who cares? The way I see it, forums are great for expressing opinions, for the purpose of comparing and contrasting. Appreciate people for there differences and maybe even learn to try and see things from their perspective. Forums aren't a good place for close-minded people... alright time to step off the old soap-box now.
Cartoon Network,... WTF!!! They cant do this!!

Oh, didn't read your other thread, so I'm sorry if I sounded like I was replying to that. I was just entertained at how heated some of the arguments got here, and over whether or not Kenshin should be shown on CN or not. The schedules already planned. With it airing in a little over a week, there isn't much us Otaku can do to sway the CEO's of CN.

That's really reassuring especially since I wasn't always like this. I guess I grew up (I'm old now...entered the work force and all that non-sense earlier last year). I also probably got it from my college roommate the last 4 years since he's more quiet and rational. I've noticed no matter how "right" you are, if you're acting like a "maniac" people don't tend to listen.OH! Absolutely not! I've actually developed a great respect for you. Nearly every post I've seen you make, here and elsewhere has been very accepting and nonconfrontational. You seem a lot like my friend that runs the forum I mod.
Either way, if I do get out of hand, just smack me. Earlier in my life (HS), I did a lot of debate and hence the haughty attitude then. Although I'd like to think I'm better, I still like to discuss things since it's always nice to find out a new perspective. I've learned countless little nuances about shows (in particular Eva) because someone saw things differently.
I'm babbling...
