but it seemed somewhat obvious from the first 4 episodes....didnt think shed get together with that blonde guy, because of that lost sister thing theve got going on.......

you know i havent seen it all, we talked about it a few days ago,i saw the film, then the first 4 eps, that it, still want to see the rest, but its shown at a lousy time on CN, about 8/9 at which time im either A)out drinking or B)here or in rare cases C) doing something productive

Damn wasn't sure if it was you or Pyro that I was talking to (btw I'm old

). As for CN...don't watch that piece of crap. They even cut the entire first episode. That should tell you the quality of their edits. The dubbing is some of the most attrocious I have ever seen (and you know how much I hate most dubs...this one I hate even more...that should tell you how bad it is). If you were here, I'd totally let you borrow my DVD boxset.

ah very nice of you kind sir, but im on the other side of the pond, oh well, i'll see it ventualy, even if it means i have to buy it (i probrably will, when i hit uni, besides, what else are student loans for?)

I might be able to find some bootleg of it on ebay, you know, when they condense a whole series down onto 3 dvd's (just like the trigun bootleg i have), thats at least a cheap option, and wont exceed the $30 mark

Well you pay for what you get. I doubt the translation will be that great, but I guess you'll get the gist of it. I can greatly affirm Escaflowne's since my friend did it

. He's known in the industry for his quality translations. The only one better (that I know of) works for ADV and is also my friend. However, she's Japanese

Don't buy the DVD that basically has the entire show condensed to like 2 hours. There's some weird US version like that. It SUCKS.

nah, i dont think its that one, if you condense it down to something like that , you end up with the same result as rebirth, ah shit, just slaged of something eva damn
