i'd have to say proffesor gil from kikaider. Gil killed kohmyoge's(sp?) son so he could get close to him. then had this chick that would do anything for gil marry kohmyoge so she could spy on him and tell gil everything he did. he manipulated kohmyoge into making adroids for him so his organization DARK could take over the world. then he created a female android and gave her memories so she thought she was real and later revealed to her that she was nothing more than an android programmed to take care of his son (who he truned into a cyborg so his son could be the key to a giant mech for destroying the world) he turned kikaiders brothers against kikaider and made kikader kill them. overall an evil person
i also like sesshomeru b/c hes a badass that has the power to back his royal arrogance. and u have to give him points for persistance with the tetsusaiga.
