I also own FF7, and 8, and Chrono Cross.

I certainly noticed hinting in FF7 when Cloud went into that Bee place and a bunch of guys got ina hot tub with him...
Excellent - that gives me something to go by (though the FF7 fics I read tend to involve Vincent rather than Cloud). Let me see...you want short fics. Can't promise the best fics if they have to be short, but I can give you some little shonen ai ones.

GW:
1+2 (Heero/Duo - sappy, but not much more than hugging)
http://www.geocities.com/arigatomina_gw ... uises.html
1+2 (humor fic, very odd but funny)
http://www.geocities.com/arigatomina_pics/gerbils.html

YYH:
Kurama+Hiei (just shonen ai - no more than hugging)
http://www.geocities.com/arigatomina/comfort.html

FF7:
Sephiroth+Vincent (just flirting, unfinished so it's pretty short)
http://www.geocities.com/arigatomina/sanct1.html

I don't have any fics myself for the others, and most of my best fics are longer ones. But these are pretty harmless. I can definitely say the first GW fic and the YYH one are about as tame as it comes with me - almost 'friendship' fics rather than strict 'yaoi.'

If you can watch vids, I *do* have some shonen ai ones for the pairings - no more explicit than the footage from the anime (which are non-yaoi, so there isn't much there).

GW: (1+2, 3+4)
http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... hp?v=29535
CCS: (Touya+Yuki/Yue, Yue+Clow/Eriol)
http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... hp?v=22715
YYH: (Kurama+Hiei)
http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... hp?v=25358
http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... hp?v=28085
Ronin Warriors: (very old vid done by request, it's just all-around 'gay' ^_^;; )
http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... hp?v=16855
Multi: (includes GW, YYH, CCS, and others - another older one)

Most of the yaoi fics I read are Weiss Kreuz (not very well known) and YnM...they're pretty good. There's a site called Tears in the Rain that has some decent fics, though they tend to get rather sappy/angsty at moments.

Nope! I wasn't aware that Clamp did yaoi...shonen ai maybe, but not yaoi.

From the description I just read, it seems to be yaoi

Alright though keep in mind I'm translating this from a french site. Though I speak french, it's just easier to translate from English to French then French to English in my personal opinion...and below is a sort of description and review that this person made...so here goes:

The main characters: Kudo Kazahaya, the hero, his colleague Himura Rikuo, Kakei their employer and Saiga his friend.

Kazahaya apparently reminds the person of Subara from Tokyo Babylon in the sense that he's a fragile gentle type who confronts the pain of others. His colleague Rikuo is the sombre type, taciturne and mysterious. At the beginning of the first volume we understand he's hiding something.
Kakei is probably not who he seems either. Despite his kind outlook, he has seems to know too much.

It's apparently a stereotypical Clamp manga in yaoi style. The sequence reminds the person of Tokyo Babylon with its different stories and cases.
Mick Nekoi drew it and her style is getting better.

***

There's apparently 3 volumes and it was published in 2001. Sounds yaoish to me....I am intrigued....

>.< I like the romance dammit. It's a Clampian study of characters with homosexual relationships. It wouldn't make a difference of one of them was a girl.

I love Subaru Sumeragi and I wish they'd translate TB!
