Yeah they have it. But it's hard to find. An expensive as well. Not many companies like to pay billions of dollars for damages done to the units. It's like trying to pay for hurricane insurance. That's the number two highest cost insurance then as well.

A: If you're referring to the clouds that appear, that isn't dust. The other part of the Sohma curse is that when a member of the Zodiac transforms, they have major fart problems. It disappates after about five hours.
