A. Kakashi Hatake
Reason 1: Look at him! he has everything needed to do it, the Sharingan for when some hoes try to cheat on his money.

Reason 2: He has the ultimate Bitch Slap which he used on Haku, not to mention he gave Zabuza the back of his hand.

Reason 3: Great amount of speed for when some sucka tries to run off without paying him off.
