The second appearence of the story/the author was a silver dolphin nectacle in the 3rd book of the homeland-storyarc. The dolphin is an important clue.

i have such a good question but noone ask questions on animes i know so i cant guess at all, must buy all animes and become anime freak and know all animes by heart and be a big loser or otaku(japanese nerd) so i can guess!, oh anyway hurry up and make a new question...

Duh, ok. Because probably nobody has seen this scene, or nobody can make up a connection, I´ll solve this and set up an new (easy) question that can be solved without me. I´ll be offline for 5 days in 8 hours, so:

The author, famous, british, dead and connected with Monthy Python I was asking for was: Douglas Adams. So where is the connection?
Chitori was reading "So long, And thanks for all the fish", which is the 4th part of his bestseller "Hitchhiker´s guide to the galaxy".
The dolphin (an alien race in this novel, that visited earth only to eat the fish) was the second hint to especially this book, a dolphin was also printed on the cover when Chitori was talking with the schooldirector about it. First episode, the entrance scene (with sosukes machinegun), just look at it. But I guess there are only a few ppl here that know the book.

So, new question, you might have to solve it without me:

In every episode of "Cowboy Bebop", there is a "hidden obstacle". An object that appears at the very beginning and at the end.
Question: What is this object in the Episode "Heavy Metal Queen"?
