It's from episode 7. (Not that that helps much)

The main character is in both shots.

Wow, please don't kill me, but possibly... OHM, this is gonna drive me nuts. Uhm, it had to deal with a girl who got a seed or something implated into her chest, and she develops a relationship with this guy who make these skin blades out from his lower arms.... O.O Seed something... Demon Seed? ... Gomen nasai!! *kills self* @_@
