She was assigned to kill manga artists ("scum of the Earth" and unnecessary). The first one Excel graphically exterminated (so graphic they had to cut to CUTE scenes during the carnage) was Koshi Rikdo (who was working on the manga Excel Saga at the time).

Don't worry, the Great Will of the Macrocosm turned things right. After all, it's not a good idea to kill the original author of the show you're on, right?
