Really old anime...

Hey guys, I'm having a hell of a time trying to figure out the name of this anime! It's so old and I saw it so long ago that I''m drawing a blank. It's a movie i believe. It start with a photographer looking for a scoop, when an alien ship comes out of nowhere and almost lands on him. This smokin' alien babe come out damn near kills him for molesting her. He takes a picture and she thinks its a weapon and slices him up. It then happens where she kissing him, and learns the human language. They get on the ship she takes him to meet her dad. The dad tries to kill him she takes the hit, and somehow they get married and many more details in between. I really need to find this anime out! It's for my dad and i want to buy it for him on fathers day. Please help me!

mmmmmmm no, just ytubed it, that's not it. This was kinda gory and the alien girls horns were kinda like a rams. there was the these 3 little green things that were like her advisers. good try though i hadn't seen that one!
